释义	法律分析：签订合同的一方，不经双方同意就把合同撕毁，或者无故不履行合同，就要承担违约责任。具体地讲，承担违约责任的方式主要有：支付违约金。无论是否给对方造成损失，都必须支付。支付赔偿金。由于违约给对方造成了损失，支付违约金还不能全部弥补损失的，就要支付赔偿金。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第五百七十七条当事人一方不履行合同义务或者履行合同义务不符合约定的，应当承担继续履行、采取补救措施或者赔偿损失等违约责任。
