释义	法律分析：对于夫妻关系来说，双方负有对对方的忠实义务，但是这种忠实义务并不包括性义务，因此性生活并不属于夫妻之间的义务，妻子不履行性生活的，老公可以以此为由主张离婚，但是妻子并不负担任何责任。因为性生活并不能作为一种义务，要求他人履行，这是违背法律精神的。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第一千零四十三条家庭应当树立优良家风，弘扬家庭美德，重视家庭文明建设。夫妻应当互相忠实，互相尊重，互相关爱；家庭成员应当敬老爱幼，互相帮助，维护平等、和睦、文明的婚姻家庭关系。
