释义	律师分析：如果仅仅是非法滞留外国，在其他国家和中国都没有其他违法犯罪行为的，不会触犯我国刑法。但是违反出入境法，可以被处以行政处罚。处罚的方式有警告、罚款、15日以下拘留，限制出境等。如果是被遣送回国的一般都是几年内不得入境或者终身不能入境。【法律依据】：《中华人民共和国出境入境管理法》第七十五条中国公民出境后非法前往其他国家或者地区被遣返的，出入境边防检查机关应当收缴其出境入境证件，出境入境证件签发机关自其被遣返之日起六个月至三年以内不予签发出境入境证件。
