释义	法律分析：外国法院作出的生效裁定和判决并不能自然地在中国发生法律效力，更不能未经任何程序直接在中国得到执行，而必须经过法定的司法协助的程序。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民事诉讼法》第一百三十八条判决书应当写明： (一)案由、诉讼请求、争议的事实和理由； (二)判决认定的事实、理由和适用的法律依据； (三)判决结果和诉讼费用的负担； (四)上诉期间和上诉的法院。判决书由审判人员、书记员署名，加盖人民法院印章。
