释义	法律分析：如果有正当理由，如物业公司未履行合同的服务责任；物业公司提供的服务质量达不到合同约定的标准的可以不交物业费，也不会有什么后果。如果没有正当理由则不能拒交。无正当理由不交物业费的后果是会被物业公司起诉。法律依据：《物业管理条例》第四十一条业主应当根据物业服务合同的约定交纳物业服务费用。业主与物业使用人约定由物业使用人交纳物业服务费用的，从其约定，业主负连带交纳责任。已竣工但尚未出售或者尚未交给物业买受人的物业，物业服务费用由建设单位交纳。
