释义	法律分析：所谓单病种结算，是指参加我市城镇职工医保、城乡居民医保的人员，在医保定点医疗机构住院或特殊疾病门诊就医治疗时，以病种为单位计价，由医保经办机构和参保人员分别按病种定额的一定比例，支付给定点医疗机构的一种结算方式。法律依据：《管理暂行办法（试行）》第二条单病种结算是指对一些病程相对单一且需要住院治疗的病种,在患者确诊入院后,根据标准化的临床路径接受规范化治疗并治愈或好转出院的整个医疗过程,确定一个统一的住院医疗费用定额标准,由医保基金和参保人员分别付费的方式。
