法律分析：正常工作每日不超过8小时，加班每日不超过3小时，因此每日合计不超过11个小时。
但也不是天天都可以加班3个小时，因为劳动法同时规定每个月加班不超过36个小时，即最多12天里可以每天上班11个小时。并且，《劳动法》规定，加班必须按照规定给予加班工资(双休日加班可以调休)。
法律依据：《中华人民共和国劳动合同法》 第三十一条 用人单位应当严格执行劳动定额标准，不得强迫或者变相强迫劳动者加班。用人单位安排加班的，应当按照国家有关规定向劳动者支付加班费。
