释义	法律分析：受害人无权知晓案件侦查进展及其内容，但是可以向办案民警询问案件是否移送检察院。法律依据：《公安机关办理刑事案件程序规定》第二百零六条询问前，应当了解证人、被害人的身份，证人、犯罪嫌疑人、被害人之间的关系。询问时，应当告知证人、被害人必须如实地提供证据、证言和有意作伪证或者隐匿罪证应负的法律责任。侦查人员不得向证人、被害人泄露案情或者表示对案件的看法，严禁采用暴力、威胁等非法方法询问证人、被害人。
