释义	物权法（现已被民法典替代）对主物、从物的规定是：主物是指为同一所有人所有的需共同使用才能更好发挥作用的两物中起主要作用的物，从物是指辅助主物发挥效用的物。除法律另有规定或者当事人另有约定外，对主物的处分及于从物，从物随主物的转让而转让。法律依据：《民法典》第二百零七条国家、集体、私人的物权和其他权利人的物权受法律平等保护，任何组织或者个人不得侵犯。第三百二十条主物转让的，从物随主物转让，但是当事人另有约定的除外。
