释义	犯了劫持航空器罪根据行为人造成的损害程度和犯罪情节量刑处罚，对实施劫持航空器的行为人处十年以上有期徒刑或者无期徒刑；致人重伤、死亡或者使航空器遭受严重破坏的，处死刑。法律依据：《中华人民共和国刑法》第三十三条主刑的种类如下：（一）管制；（二）拘役；（三）有期徒刑；（四）无期徒刑；（五）死刑。第一百二十一条以暴力、胁迫或者其他方法劫持航空器的，处十年以上有期徒刑或者无期徒刑；致人重伤、死亡或者使航空器遭受严重破坏的，处死刑。
