释义	法律分析：博彩是犯法的。博彩的性质和赌博甚至是诈骗是一样的，直接侵害他人合法的财产利益，为我国法律所杜绝。为博彩提供便利条件或者聚众参与博彩的，数额较大的，违反治安管理处罚法的规定，如果由其他严重情节的，构成赌博罪或者开设赌场罪，要给追究刑事责任。法律依据：《中华人民共和国治安管理处罚法》第七十条以营利为目的，为赌博提供条件的，或者参与赌博赌资较大的，处五日以下拘留或者五百元以下罚款；情节严重的，处十日以上十五日以下拘留，并处五百元以上三千元以下罚款。
