释义	10万元借条2分利息，是不合法的。借贷双方约定的利率超过合同成立时一年期贷款市场报价利率四倍的，法院不支持。例如，2021年2月20日公布的一年期贷款市场报价利率是3.85%，四倍是15.4%。15.4%之内的有效，超出的8.6%部分无效。建议10万元利息规定在860元。法律依据：《最高人民法院关于审理民间借贷案件适用法律若干问题的规定》第二十六条出借人请求借款人按照合同约定利率支付利息的，人民法院应予支持，但是双方约定的利率超过合同成立时一年期贷款市场报价利率四倍的除外。
