释义	网贷不还，贷款不还，首先遭遇到的就是罚息，还会被各种手段的催收，如果被起诉了，仍然不还款的，就会被强制执行，如果借款人拒不执行，情节非常恶劣的，法院还会追究借款人的刑事责任。法律依据：《中华人民共和国刑法》第三百一十三条对人民法院的判决、裁定有能力执行而拒不执行，情节严重的，处三年以下有期徒刑、拘役或者罚金；情节特别严重的，处三年以上七年以下有期徒刑，并处罚金。单位犯前款罪的，对单位判处罚金，并对其直接负责的主管人员和其他直接责任人员，依照前款的规定处罚。
