释义	法律分析：会的。应当于收到通知之日起15日内缴纳水费。因特殊原因不能按时缴纳的，应当向供水企业说明。供水企业向欠费用户发出缴费通知并送达到户15日后，欠费用户无正当理由仍未能缴纳水费的，供水企业可以先对欠费用户按日加收应缴水费的滞纳金，然后两个月后还是这样的话就对欠费用户停止供水。法律依据：《中华人民共和国城市供水条例》第二十四条用水单位和个人应当按照规定的计量标准和水价标准按时缴纳水费。
