释义	法律分析: 公告送达是用公开宣告的方式送达诉讼文书，经过法律规定的一定时间，即视为送达。方法：将需要送达的诉讼文书张贴在人民法院布告栏内或公共场所，或者登报、广播、在电视上播映。国内公告送达自发出公告之日起，经过60日，即视为送达。法律依据: 《中华人民共和国民事诉讼法》第九十二条受送达人下落不明，或者用本节规定的其他方式无法送达的，公告送达。自发出公告之日起，经过六十日，即视为送达。公告送达，应当在案卷中记明原因和经过。
