释义	法律分析: 不是的。兄弟姐妹不是直系亲属。兄弟姐妹属于旁系血亲。旁系血亲是具有间接血缘关系的亲属,即非直系亲属而在血缘上和自己同出一源的亲属。法律依据: 《中华人民共和国民法典》第一千零四十五条亲属包括配偶、血亲和姻亲。配偶、父母、子女、兄弟姐妹、祖父母、外祖父母、孙子女、外孙子女为近亲属。就是法律规定的配偶和三代以内的直系血亲。即是我们认知的女方和男方三代以内的血亲。配偶、父母、子女和其他共同生活的近亲属为家庭成员。
