释义	法律分析：如果有新的证据，法官是会看的。当事人在二审程序中提供新证据的，应当在二审开庭前或者开庭审理时提出；二审不需要开庭审理的，应当在人民法院指定的期限内提出。当事人举证期限届满后提供的证据不是新证据的，人民法院不予采纳。法律依据：《关于民事诉讼证据的若干规定》第四十一条第二款二审程序中新证据包括：一审庭审结束后新发现的证据；当事人在一审举证期限届满前申请人民法院调查取证未获准许，二审法院经审查认为应当准许并依当事人申请调取的证据。
