释义	法律分析：民事行为无效指已经成立的民事行为，严重欠缺民事行为的生效要件，因而自始、绝对地不按照行为人设立、变更、终止民事法律关系的意思表示发生预期效力的民事行为。合同无效指合同虽然已经成立，但因欠缺合同生效要件，其在内容和形式上违反了强制性规定和社会公共利益，因此确认为无效。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第一百四十六条行为人与相对人以虚假的意思表示实施的民事法律行为无效。以虚假的意思表示隐藏的民事法律行为的效力，依照有关法律规定处理。
