释义	法律分析：欠债人死亡的，则以其遗产来偿还债务，如果其继承人继承了他的遗产的，则可以向其继承人主张还款。但其遗产的继承人只在遗产部分内承担清偿义务。超出债务人遗产的部分，原则上不再由其继承人承担。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第一千一百六十一条继承人以所得遗产实际价值为限清偿被继承人依法应当缴纳的税款和债务。超过遗产实际价值部分，继承人自愿偿还的不在此限。继承人放弃继承的，对被继承人依法应当缴纳的税款和债务可以不负清偿责任。
