释义	被起诉离婚的，可以不去，但必须有正当理由。对于离婚案件，法院一般不会缺席判决，因此被告不出席庭审的，经两次传票传唤，法院是可以对被告进行拘传的。当事人确因客观原因不可到场的，法院可以依法缺席判决。【法律依据】《民事诉讼法》第一百零九条拒不到庭和拘传人民法院对必须到庭的被告，经两次传票传唤，无正当理由拒不到庭的，可以拘传。《民事诉讼法》第一百四十四条缺席审判被告经传票传唤，无正当理由拒不到庭的，或者未经法庭许可中途退庭的，可以缺席判决。
