释义	法律分析：一般由公司承担，如果劳动者有出勤满15天，用人单位应当在当月为其缴纳社保。离职当月应当正常参加社保，而从次月开始暂停其社保缴费。社保依据当事人解除劳动合同证明书记录确定停保时间，当月生效的《解除劳动合同证明书》那么当月也应当按照正常情况为员工参保，即便是其只有一天的上班时间。法律依据：《中华人民共和国社会保险法》第五十八条用人单位应当自用工之日起三十日内为其职工向社会保险经办机构申请办理社会保险登记。未办理社会保险登记的，由社会保险经办机构核定其应当缴纳的社会保险费。
