二、施工费怎么算的
其实异地施工与本地施工不同之处就在于人工费、材料费、机械费的价格是不同的，如果是计算工程预算费用的话，就使用当地的定额和取费标准，人工费、材料费、机械费按照当地政府主管部门规定的费用进行调差。如果是计算成本费用的话，则按照当地人工费、材料费、机械费的市场价，根据实际使用数量进行计算，再加上分包工程当地实际费用参考价、管理人员工资及外地补助、差旅费估算、相关运费的估算，规费可以按照本地的费用直接计算，而税金则需要按照当地税务部门规定的税率计算。
