丈夫可不可以在妻子怀孕期间提出离婚
释义
一般来说是不可以，但是有例外情况民法典一千零八十二条规定：女方提出离婚或者人民法院认为确实有必要受理男方离婚的除外本条是为了保护女性利益，所以女方主动提出离婚，不受限制。本条中的确有必要主要指：①女方怀孕是婚后与他人通奸导致②男方受虐待，不堪忍受的。③一方对对方有危害生命、人身安全等情形《民法典》第一千零八十二条  女方在怀孕期间、分娩后一年内或者终止妊娠后六个月内，男方不得提出离婚；但是，女方提出离婚或者人民法院认为确有必要受理男方离婚请求的除外。
