释义	法律分析: 但凡报考国家普通高校，在高考录取过程中文化课执行现有的加分政策;从2023年起，考生只要报考国家普通高校都加20分，适用于报考全国所有高等院校。法律依据: 《2021年普通高等学校招生工作规定》边疆、山区、牧区、少数民族聚居地区的少数民族考生，在高考投档的时候，可在其文化统考成绩总分的基础上增加一定分数投档。达到高校投档条件的，由高校审查决定是否录取，最多不超过20分。
