释义	法律分析: 患麻风病可以结婚。只有重婚、有禁止结婚的亲属关系、未到法定婚龄的情形，才会禁止结婚。以前婚姻法规定患麻风病未经治愈的，禁止结婚。随着现代医学水平的发展，我国近年来已经基本消灭了麻风病。现我国民法典不再把患麻风病未经治愈列入禁止结婚之列。法律依据:《《中华人民共和国民法典》》第一千零五十一条【婚姻无效的情形】有下列情形之一的，婚姻无效: （一）重婚；（二）有禁止结婚的亲属关系；（三）未到法定婚龄。
