释义	法律分析：其一，直接利害关系，指与当事人或者其代理人具有血缘身份上的关系，如近亲属关系; 其二，间接利害关系(也可称为一定利害关系),是指与当事人或其代理人没有近亲属关系，但存在可能影响证言公正性的身份、情感、利益上的密切关系,包括:一般亲属关系、同事关系、朋友关系、邻居关系、以及商业伙伴关系等等。法律依据；《中华人民共和国刑事诉讼法》第六十二条凡是知道案件情况的人，都有作证的义务。生理上、精神上有缺陷或者年幼，不能辨别是非、不能正确表达的人，不能作证人。
