释义	法律分析：是指在买卖活动中，双方以损害他人利益为目的，弄虚作假的违法行为。具体表现为：串通掩盖事实真相，在应价过程中串通一气，有意压价，损害委托人的利益。恶意串通的当事人双方是出于故意，并且恶意串通的合同是为牟取非法利益。恶意串通并损害国家、集体或第三人利益的，合同无效。法律依据《中华人民共和国民法典》第一百五十四条行为人与相对人恶意串通，损害他人合法权益的民事法律行为无效。《民法典》第一百五十五条无效的或者被撤销的民事法律行为自始没有法律约束力。
