法律分析：
公租房申请后中途离职，不在当地工作，可以向公租房管理局提出退房申请。如果仍然在公租房所在地工作，符合公租房租赁条件的话就可以继续居住。承租人应当根据合同约定，按时支付租金。承租人收入低于当地规定标准的，可以依照有关规定申请租赁补贴或者减免。
