释义	法律分析：有追偿权，按照我国法律规定，保证人在承担保证责任后，均有权在承担的保证责任范围内向债务人追偿。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第六百八十六条保证的方式包括一般保证和连带责任保证。当事人在保证合同中对保证方式没有约定或者约定不明确的，按照一般保证承担保证责任。第七百条保证人承担保证责任后，除当事人另有约定外，有权在其承担保证责任的范围内向债务人追偿，享有债权人对债务人的权利，但是不得损害债权人的利益。
