法律分析：
离职日期应该是最后工作日的第二天。一般劳动者在辞职到期以后，用人单位应当在规定的时间里结清劳动者的工资以及为其办理离职手续和社保转移手续。
法律依据：
《工资支付暂行条例》 第九条 劳动关系双方依法解除或终止劳动合同时，用人单位应在解除或终止劳动合同时一次付清劳动者工资。
《中华人民共和国劳动法》 第三十一条 劳动者解除劳动合同，应当提前30日以书面形式通知用人单位。
