释义	1、发生一般质量事故，由公司工程管理部组织项目部相关人员将事故情况调查清楚，提出处理方案和意见，施工队不得自行处理。 2、重大质量事故公司分管领导组织工程管理部和有关部门进行调查处理、制定处理方案，将处理方案和措施报公司批准后处置。法律依据：《建筑工程质量管理条例》第三条建设单位、勘察单位、设计单位、施工单位、工程监理单位依法对建设工程质量负责。第四条县级以上人民政府建设行政主管部门和其他有关部门应当加强对建设工程质量的监督管理。
