释义	法律分析：和正常挂号信其实是一样的。但是有时候狱警没有交给服刑人员或者该人员还在审查期间，则不会收到外来的一切信息。法律依据：《中华人民共和国监狱法》第二十条罪犯收监后，监狱应当通知罪犯家属。通知书应当自收监之日起五日内发出。一般会以挂号信的形式通知罪犯家属，告知收押监狱名称、地址、会见事宜、狱务公开电话封信息。
