释义	股权质押是为债务提供担保的方式，股权质押的质权人可以与出质人约定债务利息，但需要在合法的范围内约定。《证券公司股票质押贷款管理办法》第九条股票质押贷款期限最长为6个月。贷款合同到期后，不得展期，新发生的质押贷款按本办法规定重新审查办理。借款人提前还款，须经贷款人同意。第十条股票质押贷款利率参照中国人民银行规定的金融机构同期同档次商业贷款利率确定，并可适当浮动，最高上浮幅度为30，最低下浮幅度为10。
