释义	法律分析：从2019年9月份开始，“借读生”将不复存在，学生的学籍在哪，学生就必须在哪上学。学生要想去名校上学，就必须将学籍转到该学校，而要想将学籍转到该学校，则必须要符合一定的条件，比如学生的学籍要跟着家长的户籍走。法律依据；《关于严格规范大中小学招生秩序的紧急通知》严禁招收不符合本省（区、市）高考报名条件的学生，不得招收借读生，不得为不在本校就读的学生空挂学籍。加强高中学生学籍管理，严禁“人籍分离”，严禁同时或者交叉注册普通高中学校和中等职业学校“双重学籍”。
