释义	法律分析：各地都不一样，没有统一的标准。法律依据：《卫生部劳动和社会保障部国家安全监管总局全国总工会关于进一步加强工作场所夏季防暑降温工作的通知》第七条用人单位安排劳动者在高温天气下（日最高气温达到35℃以上）露天工作以及不能采取有效措施将工作场所温度降低到33℃以下的（不含33℃），应当向劳动者支付高温津贴。高温津贴的具体标准由省级政府或省级劳动保障部门制定。
