问题	合同已实际履行是否可撤销
释义	要是合同具有可撤销情形，合同就算已实际履行，也是可以申请撤销的。下列合同，当事人一方有权请求人民法院或者仲裁机构变更或者撤销： (一)因重大误解订立的; (二)在订立合同时显失公平的。法律依据：《民法典》第一百四十七条规定基于重大误解实施的民事法律行为，行为人有权请求人民法院或者仲裁机构予以撤销。《民法典》第一百四十八条规定一方以欺诈手段，使对方在违背真实意思的情况下实施的民事法律行为，受欺诈方有权请求人民法院或者仲裁机构予以撤销。
