问题	公证书内容有争议，要应该怎么解决？
释义	对公证书有异议的，可以向公证处申请更正或撤销，不服再向法院提起民事诉讼，也可以直接向人民法院提起民事诉讼。法律依据：《中华人民共和国公证法》第三十九条当事人、公证事项的利害关系人认为公证书有错误的，可以向出具该公证书的公证机构提出复查。公证书的内容违法或者与事实不符的，公证机构应当撤销该公证书并予以公告，该公证书自始无效;公证书有其他错误的，公证机构应当予以更正。第四十条当事人、公证事项的利害关系人对公证书的内容有争议的，可以就该争议向人民法院提起民事诉讼。
