释义	法律分析：产检假是为了让怀孕职工更加方便产检的一种休假,在怀孕的时候都可以进行申请,国家对于产检假也做了明确的规定。法律依据：《中华人民共和国劳动法》第六十二条女职工生育享受不少于九十天的产假。第六十三条不得安排女职工在哺乳未满一周岁的婴儿期间从事国家规定的第三级体力劳动强度的劳动和哺乳期禁忌从事的其他劳动，不得安排其延长工作时间和夜班劳动。
