释义	保质期为一个月以内的，商品部须提前1天撤架；保质期为六个月以内的，商品部须提前5天撤架；保质期为一年以内的，商品部须提前10天撤架；保质期为一年以上的，商品部须提前15天撤架；厂商另有处理时间要求的，按厂商约定日期撤架。法律依据:《流通环节食品安全监督管理办法》第二十三条:食品经营者应当建立并执行食品退市制度。食品经营者发现其经营的食品不符合食品安全标准，应当立即停止经营；下架单独存放，通知相关生产经营者和消费者，并记录停止经营和通知情况，将有关情况报告辖区工商行政管理机关。
