商品房什么时候网签备案？

法律分析：
签完合同之后，5个工作日审查购房资格，合格后打网签，网签后评估，5个工作日评估报告下来后面签。网签就是交易双方签订合同后，到房地产相关部门进行备案，并公布在网上。然后会给个网签号，用户可以通过这个号在网上进行查询。网签是为了让房地产交易更加透明化，防止"一房多卖"。
法律依据：
《城市商品房预售管理办法》 第十条 商品房预售，开发企业应当与承购人签订商品房预售合同。开发企业应当自签约之日起30日内，向房地产管理部门和市、县人民政府土地管理部门办理商品房预售合同登记备案手续。
