释义	律师分析: 债权转移的自债务人接到债权转让的通知且知道了通知的内容后，转让合同开始生效。债权人转让债权须与受让人达成转让债权的协议，合同成立后，债权人应及时地（合理期限）将债权转让的事实用合适的方式通知债务人。未通知债务人的，该转让对债务人不发生效力。【法律依据】: 《中华人民共和国民法典》第五百四十六条债权人转让债权，未通知债务人的，该转让对债务人不发生效力。债权转让的通知不得撤销，但是经受让人同意的除外。
