释义	录像遗嘱不是《继承法》规定的遗嘱方式，但可以参照录音遗嘱的标准，即录像可以作为遗嘱形式，但必须要有两个以上的见证人在场见证。需要注意的是，由于录像容易被他人复制、剪接或伪造，对该种遗嘱的制作应当严格把握。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第一千一百三十七条以录音录像形式立的遗嘱，应当有两个以上见证人在场见证。遗嘱人和见证人应当在录音录像中记录其姓名或者肖像，以及年、月、日。
