悬赏广告的法规规定有哪些？

采用单方法律行为说，只要广告人发出了悬赏广告，不需要他人作出同意即能发生法律效力，广告人应当受到广告的约束;如果行为人不知道广告人发出了悬赏广告而完成了广告中指定的行为，该人仍能取得对广告人的报酬请求权。
【法律依据】：
《中华人民共和国民法典》 第四百九十九条 悬赏人以公开方式声明对完成特定行为的人支付报酬的，完成该行为的人可以请求其支付。
