生育假期有多少天2020

女性员工的产假为98天，其中包括了产前的15天假期。而如果该员工生育的为双胎胎或有难产等情况的，可以增加产假时间。在产假期间，单位应正常发放员工的工资，除了工资外，女性员工在生产期间还可以享受到一定的生育津贴。
法律依据：《女职工劳动保护特别规定》第七条：女职工生育享受98天产假，其中产前可以休假15天；难产的，增加产假15天；生育多胞胎的，每多生育1个婴儿，增加产假15天。 女职工怀孕未满4个月流产的，享受15天产假；怀孕满4个月流产的，享受42天产假。
