释义	法律分析：私自把小孩送给别人是犯法的，只有符合条件的送养，办理过送养手续的，才不违法。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第一千零九十四条下列个人、组织可以作送养人：（一）孤儿的监护人；（二）儿童福利机构；（三）有特殊困难无力抚养子女的生父母。第一千零九十五条未成年人的父母均不具备完全民事行为能力且可能严重危害该未成年人的，该未成年人的监护人可以将其送养。
