释义	法律分析：中国商标注册申请递交到商标局后，商标局将依据中国商标法的规定，对商标注册申请材料进行审查，如审查通过将进初审公告阶段。中国商标注册的公告期为三个月，在公告期中如无人提出异议，该商标就可以成功注册了。法律依据：《商标使用许可合同备案办法》第十二条商标使用许可合同备案书件齐备，符合《商标法》及《商标法实施细则》有关规定的，商标局予以备案。已备案的商标使用许可合同，由商标局向备案申请人发出备案通知书，并集中刊登在每月第2期《商标公告》上。
