释义	法律分析：劳动者解除劳动合同需要提前30天以书面的形式通知用人单位，在试用期内提前3日通知用人单位。离职时间还没到，能否提前走分两种情况：1、工作没有交接完，肯定是不能提前走的。2、如果工作已经交接完成，但是离职时间没到，和原公司协商一致的情况下，是可以提前走的。法律依据：《中华人民共和国劳动合同法》第三十六条用人单位与劳动者协商一致，可以解除劳动合同。第三十七条劳动者提前三十日以书面形式通知用人单位，可以解除劳动合同。劳动者在试用期内提前三日通知用人单位，可以解除劳动合同。
