释义	直系亲属是不可以结婚的，后代会有影响。法律明确规定，直系血亲或者三代以内的旁系血亲禁止结婚。如果直系亲属结婚，也属于无效婚姻，自始无效，相关法律不会对其进行保护。【法律依据】《民法典》第一千零四十八条直系血亲或者三代以内的旁系血亲禁止结婚。第一千零四十二条第二款禁止重婚。禁止有配偶者与他人同居。第一千零五十一条有下列情形之一的，婚姻无效：（一）重婚；（二）有禁止结婚的亲属关系；（三）未到法定婚龄。
