2.南京江北新区材料科技园限行：
范围：
长芦片区封闭范围为：东至滁河，南至岳子河，西至马汊河-雍六高速公路，北至四柳河;
玉带片区封闭范围为：东至划子河-长江四桥，南至长江，西至夹江，北至皇厂河路-江北沿江高等级公路。
新材料科技园门岗封闭区，严禁非园区企业车辆、人员进入，严禁非园区建设工程车和材料车进入;新材料科技园企业车辆凭证驶入，外来车辆登记入园。
