释义	法律分析：重婚罪，是指有配偶又与他人结婚或者明知他人有配偶而与之结婚的行为。我国民法不承认事实婚姻，但刑法领域内事实婚姻的行为仍然是刑事犯罪中重婚罪的打击对象。法律依据：《中华人民共和国刑法》第八十七条最高刑五年以下的，经过五年不再追诉。第二百五十八条重婚罪的法定最高刑是2年，所以重婚罪的追诉时效为五年。
